Maybe if the trainer was to restore hyper health quickly but maintaining the game's standard values, i believe the system would not let go of the scorpions. But at checkpoints, the game will flag "Cheat Enabled" if you're not careful with the "Infinite Health" and "Infinite Armor" switch. This renders Achievements invalid until you stop current game.
